Moses's heart

I was just done with my daily cleaning up and was just looking into the mirror.

Then, the thought of moses came to my mind. i wondered, when he was in the presense of God 40 days and nights, did he sleep? or was he like elijah who ate the manna and had supernatural strength to run 40 days and nights? And what was he talking to God about for 40 days and nights? Did it felt like it was 40 days and nights or did it felt like it was just a few hrs in his presense?

Then my thought went to aaron and the children of Israel. When moses didn't come down from mt sinai, the children of israel tot he was died and ask aaron to set up a golden carved image so they can worship him.

At the same time, moses on mt sinai was recieving God's own handwritten commandments for the children of israel.

Exodus 31:18
"And when He had made an end of speaking with him on mount sinai, He gave moses two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God,"

Exodus 32:1
" Now when the people saw that moses delayed coming down from the mountain, the people gathered together to aaron, and said to him, " come, make us gods thatt shall go before us; for as for this moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of egypt, we do not know what has become of him."

Then my thought went to moses when God told him to go down as the children of israel have created the golden calf.

Exodus 32: 19
" So it was, as soon as he came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing. So moses's anger became hot, and he cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain."

I was thinking, why did he cast the tablets out of his hands?
isn't it precious! The own handwriting of GOD! I would never have cast out of my hands, not to even mention breaking it!
And he cast it out and broke it! moreover, it contains His words(commandments)!
Then i heard, a voice.
Because moses had God's heart in his heart. moses was anger that God was hurt by the disobedience of His own people;
that such a precious thing were not as important as God's feelings.
